<p>i once lived in a private room near the commons for $405/month (utilities included). it was OK.</p>
<p>I found Aces apartment (426 Eddy St.) really good for their price from Ithaca Renting Company.</p>
<p>It’s in collegetown, really close to campus, pretty clean, and cheap. It just isn’t big on natural lighting. They’re all 6 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartments. It came out to be something like $480 per person plus Internet/electricity (which is great for its location).</p>
<p>oh i failed to mention i’m looking for either a private room or a single apartment…</p>
