I'd rather cheat and get an A than to not cheat and get a B.... Grades determine EVERYTHING, so you have to do ANYTHING to make sure you get an A, even resort to cheating

its seems like this year the cheating craze has been infectious. this year we had like this mini group of cheaters who just infected practically everybody. when they got caught they werent looking very smug. idk this whole cheating thing has been insane

cheatings a fact of life, get over it.
especially in high school, i dont mind if people copy off me, and people don't mind if i copy off them.
i dont know about your schools, but our curriculums are set up for failure. they teach solely by the book and nobody ever learns anything. in such a system, it is quite obvious that getting the grade is more important than learning the (nonexistent) material.

being in this position, i'd rather make life easier for everybody. the whole point is to get through high school with decent grades, and i feel pretty good about letting people free up some time with their families or friends out of school, sans the busy work.

If the information taught in high school was actually meaningful (sometimes it is, mostly it isn't) then the people who cheat would only be hurting themselves. As it is, if what you are supposed to "learn" won't matter ever again, like Thomas Jefferson's Mom's middle name, it should be expected that people will circumvent the system.

I really feel sorry for the idealists who feel cheating is horrible, since once school is over and real life begins, they're going to be constantly screwed over by our very unfair world. Better to get used to it at an early age I guess.

whats up with curve grading. ive never been in a class with grading on a curve. thats where if for example everyone earns between 70 and 80 percent, the teacher would make the grades something like
70-72 F
72-74 D
74-76 C
76-78 B
78-80 A
? in a system where grades are curved i would be really mad at people that cheated

Good luck when there's nobody to cheat off of..

Cheating is standard.

Those who cheat should go jump off the cliff and never return...

......there are times when it is necessary to cheat

I think everyone's cheated at least once, even though they should not. I don't care if people cheat off of me because it will probably end up hurting them, but I perfer not to cheat myself.
