Anyone know if Cornell ever lets people into classes after they are full on course enroll? I need to take chem 208 as a premed requirement. What are my options? I think this is ridiculous. Do I need to wait until next semester?

Try and add it during add/drop. Or keep trying during the week as people may change schedules (but I don't know of anyone who makes significant changes to their schedules during pre enrollment after 7AM on Monday...).

I would email the current or next professor (or Pat Hine) about this and let them know. But if you need the course, you will definitely get in. No question about that.

Don't wory about it! Make sure you add your name in the waiting list and you will get in the class!

from chem 207 blackboard:
"If you are unable to pre-enroll for Chem 208, don't panic!.

Here's what you need to do:

1) Keep trying throughout your scheduled pre-enrollment week. Schedules are constantly changing, and the time you need may open up at some point.

2) If you still can't get in, the next step will be to sign up on the Chem 208 Waiting List starting on January 18, 2007 at 8:00 AM in Baker 131. We cannot sign you up before this time, and we cannot take requests by phone or email. You must sign up in person. Once we see where the greatest demand is for lab times, we'll work with you to get you into the course at some lab time that fits your schedule."
