I was wondering how my credits would get transfer because in the Spring 2016 I would get my associate’s in Biology but i want to get my bachelor’s in Chemistry, would the classes I took for my associate’s would transfer for the chemistry major?
As long as your degree is an AA or AS from an accredited school, then yes, all your credits will transfer. I’m assuming (hoping?) that you have at least two intro bios and two intro calcs; that will go a long way.
You can see the transfer credit matrix at stonybrook.edu/transfer.

I took General Biology I and II, General Chemistry I and in the spring of 2016 Genral Chemistry II, but I didn’t take Calculus I and II.
Also I submitted my application as a transfer for the Fall 2016, I got a letter saying I need to sent my transcript, should I wait until this semester is over or sent it now?
See if you can get calc in this spring, because you will DEFINITELY need it, and yes, wait until this semester is over. Thanks!
Chris
I talked to my advisor and said I can’t take Calculus I in the school I am in. Also I sent my transcript yesterday with my advisor, can I cancel it or sent it again ?
No, just send it again in spring.
And honestly, you’re going to want to find a way to get Calc (or at least pre-calc) in there somehow, even if it means taking it elsewhere. Calc is the root of the major, and if you’re that far along that you have an AS but don’t have the calc, it’s going to put you so far behind when you get here that you might not get admitted at all. Maybe over the winter?
Chris
Currently I am taking Pre-Calculus, and thank you so much for the information, I will try to register Calculus I in the winter.
