<p>Are students of one dorm(with dining facilities) allowed to use the dining facilities of some other dorm occasionally?</p>
<p>You're allowed to use any dining hall on campus, always! Well, unless it's closed...</p>

<p>When do we get the housing application? The website says "Students who submit their housing deposit by the deadline will receive an online housing application from the Housing Office in May." I still haven't got mine. :'(</p>
