Hi
i will be entering University of Delaware in Spring semester 2014 for pursuing my masters in Information systems.

I would like to know about CHRISTIANA TOWERS APARTMENT

i would be taking a single room with private bathroom..

My question is how can we pay the housing fees, i wanted to pay my housing fees in monthly installments is that possible??

If installments are not possible then Do we need to pay whole year housing fees altogether or can we pay semester wise housing fees also without leaving the house during winter and summer breaks.

As i am an international student therefore will stay on campus for 2 years including the breaks.

Anyone who have some information regarding CHRISTIANA TOWERS APARTMENT are welcome.

also information related to fees payment in monthly installments and meal plans are welcome

I agree, you really need to call housing to see if the towers is in fact where they would place you as a student entering in the spring. Also there are installment options available for tuition/housing but I think it may be three payments. Housing will know better. good luck to you!

As recommended I would contact the Housing Office for more specific information. You can also check out the Grad Student section of the Housing website for information. Grad Students usually are housed on campus at the Conover Apartments or in the Graduate House. A one bedroom apartment with its own bathroom is an option in the Conover Apartments. The Graduate House is a regular home which can accommodate seven single grad students, each with their own bedroom (a dorm like room) with common areas used by all. They require a year long lease with UD and are open all year (you do not have to leave for school breaks or in-between semesters). I don’t know if openings are available starting in the Spring semester. Christiana Towers is not listed as an option for Grad students. Good luck.
