<p>Our audition at New Paltz was very kindly an individual appointment. I’m sure the offical Saturday experience will be very different. But people were very nice, and I’m excited for you that you might have the opportunity to see the play they were preparing.</p>

<p>My Son got the good news today from CSU (BFA) and Piedmont Univ (BFA) both here in GA so now he has options. Still waiting on UNCSA and Evansville. Good luck to all those at Guthrie call backs this weekend, wish we could have been there.</p>

<p>EmmyBet, congratulations to your D on her Adelphi BFA acceptance! That first one does wonders for their spirits (and the parents’ too!), doesn’t it? My S did a summer program at Adelphi last year (not affiliated with the university, but the program used its theatre/residence facilities). S loved the friendly atmosphere of the campus, the facilities and its proximity to NYC. He and his friends ventured into the city on a few occasions to see plays. He was glad to be on a “real”, green college campus while also being able to enjoy all that NYC had to offer. Good luck to your D!</p>
