Class of 2011

I got in! Not sure if I'll be going though. Anyone else get an acceptance?

i got an audition date.......thats it

Does anyone know if Purchase plans to have a day or two for accepted students? Usually colleges do this sometime in march or April....

I got in. Just got my acceptance letter in the mail today. Don't know if I'll go though. Reading about it on Princeton Review, it didn't get that high of a rating.

What did the Princeton Review say? Are they looking at SAT scores etc? The hard thing to "rate" or "measure" is the talent the school gets. Purchase seems to be highly competitive when it comes to the performing arts, music, and art programs. I wonder how one can measure that? I'd like to see a comparison of successful careers after graduation. If there's a survey out there that could compare several colleges for % finding jobs, average pay, Career satisfaction, and how high the students rate how well they were prepared. Anybody know of a study like that?

I got accepted...didn't get my letter yet though becaus eI founf out on 'my purchase', but I just got an acceptance from a school I really want to go to, so I guess it all depends on the money.

April 16, I think. You should have gotten something in the mail about it.

My daughter got accepted for art & design (photography) and we are visiting in April. The accepted students day for Art & Design is Friday, April 13. We got a phone call from a student and she also got an email from them about it. Reading all this isn't very good to hear though, I thought it had a really good rep for art and design and encouraged her to apply even though I knew it was competitive. We will go visit and see what it is like. Any other positives would be good to hear.
