Agreed! I thought for sure my letter would come today. I live on the east coast, so I’m genuinely shocked. I just hope mine didn’t get lost or something in the mail…

SAME HERE Anniebee!! omg so frustrated! My mom has the same wishful thinking as you but I’m rather a pessimist at the moment so :(

Guys. I was out of town when my letter was supposed to come in. I saw my portal change to include the financial aid tab and the enrollment fee option before I got back to the house. Today, I received my letter with an offer for admission. I would say it’s safe to assume that if your portal has a financial aid tab and an enrollment fee option, then you got in.

Best of luck!

Ohhh dear why must I be out of town!!! I know people who got their letters in Puerto Rico! Alexcbalboa I hope you are right !!

However, i do have the new links for financial aid and pay enrollment confirmation fee. I have heard in some places that this means your definitely in and in others that everone has them. Can anyone who got deferred/denied clarify if they have these tabs?

I know that 3 years ago the tabs were definitive. They weren’t there before, right?

Personally, I know BC is a fabulous school, and I’m really happy that I was accepted. However, I can’t help but feel insulted when people in my town ask me if Boston College is a community college.
Better yet, I had one person ask me where BC was located, lol.

Okay these questions might have already been answered but…

how/when do we find out about the presidential scholarship?

who on the west coast is going to the admitted eagle day?

@zeng012, Ask if they know Doug Flutie. If they don’t just tell them to say three “Hail Marys” and all will be forgiven.

@karebare1026, On the PSP check out this thread http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/boston-college/1233706-presidential-scholarship.html

Anyone out there still waiting to hear about BC EA? My daughter is sitting on pins and needles, and now looks like it will be after Christmas

lynnkap, has she looked to see if she got the new tabs on her BC page?

Question for those who have been deferred/rejected-

Did any of you have the message:
“If you have not previously submitted your non-refundable Enrollment Confirmation and Housing Guarantee fees, please click here to do so.
If you would like to withdraw your admission, please submit the Admission Withdrawal Form.
If you would like to postpone your enrollment, please submit the Admission Deferment Request.”

? Because I haven’t received a letter or email yet, but my agora says that. Please let me know! The BC Offices are closed till Jan 3 apparently, and I can’t wait that long if my letter/email never shows up.

@frankdee Congratulation and Merry Christmas!!!

I believe only EA admitted students have that along with the link to the Financial Aid page.

If you can pay a deposit, you are in. Congrats.
