@stewta4 you’re right, I didn’t look at the calendar… I guess I had the 17th in my mind because I have a final that day haha. but yeah so they’re definitely mailing them out on the 15th.

Holy balls so definitely before Christmas? I’m on the west coast and I’ll be out of town till Tuesday but still…the stomach knots begin.

I’m crossing my fingers hoping they will reach California by Saturday!

If they do, then no checking this site until I check my mailbox ahhhhhh

Just so y’all know, BC is open for finals through Wednesday, the 21st. And that means, full staffing across most departments. And that means Admissions could easily be mailing next week.

Chill.

Also deferred from Georgetown and waiting on BC…hope everybody gets in!!

BC = Georgetown reject school…? I got deferred from Georgetown and I’m waiting on BC now

There are very alike. Makes sense that someone who likes Georgetown would like BC! I applied to Georgetown regular

It’s very difficult to get into Georgetown early and yes BC and Georgetown are very much alike, I wouldn’t say BC is a Georgetown reject school

also deferred from Georgetown. cant wait for BC decision! very nervous. so I should receive decision the 16th in CT?

hey guys, i was curious as to when decisions would be sent so i called the admissions office and they said that they were sending out their letters friday and that they should be in the new york/tri state areas around monday or tuesday

ughh i cant take this wait!!

i was deferred from gtown too ahha. cant wait for this decision. gonna be worrying all weekend

hmmmmm I wonder why the tri-state area wouldn’t get it Saturday…I would think mail from Boston would be able to reach CT or maybe even NY in one day (if they send it out in the morning.) But if they send it out in the afternoon, then I guess Monday would make sense…

I was deferred from georgetown too. it sucked so much

Has anyone seen any changes in their agora portal yet?

No, and I don’t think there will be until after the letters are sent out. I think BC was inundated with calls last year about the tabs and they want to put an end to the freak-outs.

Monday?! Not again…

Its common practice to send letters to the farthest areas first, so CT is one of the last places to get the decision letters.

Actually, the tab thing had been ongoing for many years. BC may have fixed their servers (finally), but it wasn’t just a one-year issue.

Perhaps at some schools, but don’t assume that just because college one does, that they all do. (BC does not follow that practice, btw. They get mailed as decisions are made, which includes most regions every day.)
