** quick amendment! I also received the Wellesley book award and a few other academic awards, such as my schools honor society and a NSLI-Y scholarship

Why don’t you just wait for Monday? The school’s opinion is the only one that matters in the end.

And yes @zoeyzw, I’m pretty sure the 25th is for EE only :(

@lighteningstorm haha you’re so right! But aren’t we all trying to suppress the nerves somehow? :)

im with you narzou. i cant sleep! the 25th is an eternity away

@mbdarbin I know right! So nerve racking. The only thing we can do is wait and try to get other people’s opinions haha!

@berries123 Haha February breaks are interesting…I got mine taken away because of Hurricane Sandy and Winter Storm Nemo, since I live in New York. Not every school system has them…I remember learning about them the first time when I moved to NY 3 years ago. They didn’t have these breaks in the other schools I’ve gone to, including schools in Massachusetts, Arkansas, and Nevada

This EE wait is driving me crazy I really don’t care if these “decisions” aren’t 100% …I just need to know. Hopefully we’ll make it to Monday. It’s nearly Friday, after all :D

I realized I’ve been channeling all my college stress into prom dress shopping… in february! But now that I’ve heard back from another school about a scholarship all my nerves have started all over again.

It’s so nice to hear that you ladies all have the same concerns (and level of concern) that I do! None of my friends (or even anyone I know) applied to Wellesley, so, though they’re supportive, they aren’t going through the same thing. I just wanted to say thanks. I hope everyone gets in!

2 days!!!

I know. 48 hours and 40 min!

41 hours and 45 minutes! I’m dying here.

Hey so is the decision sent in an email? Or do we check our my.wellesley ???

It’s most likely going to be in the MyWellesley Portal.

It states: Early Evaluation notifications will become available online, and only online, on Monday, February 25, 2013. You will be able to view your evaluation online beginning at 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Evaluations will remain posted until Tuesday, March 12, 2013.

It says they’ll be “posted until…” and so it’s probably going to be on the Wellesley account if they’re able to take it off on March 12th. If it were an e-mail, I doubt they’d remove it from your inbox.

Hi everyone! I’ve also applied EE to Wellesley and I’m getting more and more nervous by the minute.

Will the evaluations be available at exactly 5pm EST, or can they come a little earlier? For other colleges, their decisions have gone up before they said they will.

Good luck to everyone!

If there’s a possibility they can be earlier, I might as well stare blankly at the computer screen at 4:50 pm and continually refresh the page till 5 pm, crying all the while.

I agree. If there is any chance decisions will come out early I will be a complete slave to my computer screen as soon as I get home from school.

Yeah, they’re coming out at 5 pm. Who knows if they’re up earlier or not. So nervous!

It says “the decisions will be posted until March 12”. Why would they take the decisions down? Do they usually do this? Does anyone think this will be when we get our final decisions?

Well…I applied to one school Early Action, and after the decisions were released, it told us to keep a copy of the online acceptance if we wanted one for our records because the online acceptance letter was going to be taken down in a couple weeks as well. I think it’s quite common for them to take the decision down. They can’t keep it up there forever, can they? Also, March 12th is probably too early. In the past, Wellesley has released regular decisions March 21st 5 pm online.
