@sparklyunicorn36 We got the same here. I assumed it was because my D scored well vocally but not as well on the other components. I know my D messed up the dance combination. I suspect they liked your D’s singing. We took as being better then a No but not what we want.
Did all OCU decisions come out today? We haven’t heard anything yet. D sent in a video submission
@modanbsmt001 How do you know the “component scores.” Is that something the OCU auditors shared with your daughter?
I know there were several of us waiting on news from Miami and nothing went out yesterday. Does anyone have any inside intel on when they will release decisions?
wright state thin envelope in confirmed delivery this morning, assuming thats a NO, did those who got yesses from WSU or waitlists get a large packet? also up till now have people heard Nos or has it been yesses & WL till now & the wave of Nos are now forthcoming?? curious more than anything …auditioned in November on campus
@NYYFanNowMTdad WL came in a thin envelope. I believe yeses do too but am not sure about that. Good luck!
@Twelfthman No they did not share the scores but my D did receive a vocal talent scholarship and it stated she had a high vocal score. In our case, my D did mess up the combination in the audition which we suspect hurt her chances for MT but we don’t know for sure. Their BA is an audition BA so I suspect it is really good but you can’t take any dance classes so that was a deal breaker for us.
@mtrose2024 My D did a video audition for OCU, as well, and hasn’t heard yet.
American University MT BA admit packet came yesterday with the first set of feedback to audition DS has received. I’m impressed by the qualify of that feedback and want DS to consider program, but he is discouraged by the fact that they allow non majors to audition for all productions. Can anyone here provide any commentary on this issue?

There are some schools that haven’t been updated for 2020 that I know have released decisions. Maybe others can update this list for 2020 for the schools they have received decisions from that are still in brackets (brackets indicate 2019 information).
@NYYFanNowMTdad When my D received BFA Acting acceptance from Wright in December, it was a large packet. I know someone who received MT the same way in December. No clue if that’s how they are doing it now, but that was our experience.
Miami may not come out until 4/1 according to a post on their Instagram that they replied to.
Got Wagner letter today. Waitlist. No right to complain because D has other choices but she is still quite disappointed because it was one of her top couple of choices. She will send the email expressing her strong interest, etc. but, as many of you have noted, goodness knows when any waitlist movement will occur in light of the extended dates for students to commit. Anyway, if any of you have a D who has been admitted to Wagner and knows that they will not go there, please consider releasing the spot as soon as possible.
@allfour1 We got Amercian Admit letter also and I agree that audition feedback was refreshing to get. Short and sweet with one constructive criticism and three positive comments. So confidence building at this stage of things.
