So after practically putting my poor parents in debt for all the expenses of senior year (especially college applications!), I would feel really bad asking them for $26 (yikes!) for a class picture. But then again, the idea is kind of cute...
Any Wellesley students think it's worth it? Any other class of '10-ers (HI!!!!) think it's worth it? Or should I just get the t-shirt and call it a day?

(I know, not the most stimulating and exciting topic, sorry, but I just wanted to know :P)

I spent 60 bucks for my yearbook because, yeah, it's senior year, so why not?
If you don't have a yearbook, go ahead and get the class picture. :)

Yeah, I don't know why the picture is 26 dollars. I thought "yikes," too.
But, I do think the idea is cute...and I might shell out 26 bucks.

Following up on this riveting topic...for the shirt, I keep spazzing out about the shirt sizes. b/c sometimes sizes are so huge (regular adult sizes seem to be really big...), and other times, (and b/c it's a women's college....they might be women's fit??)...i hate it when the shirts are really tight fitting. Umm, I guess that's not much of a question but a rambling...

The class pictures are really cool, and I'm glad I got one. I was also one of those obnoxious people who was in it twice (you'll know what I mean when you see how the pictures are taken).
However, the picture is currently still in the tube it came in, in my desk drawer. I think...
As for the shirts, it's one of the lamer (and pricier) Wellesley shirts I own, but having it for the class picture was nice. My red shirt looked a lot better than the girl in the green Dartmouth shirt who wasn't smiling in the '08 picture. Also, when your roommate puts hers on in the morning, you can decide to be a jerk and wear yours that day too. I've actually avoided wearing my '08 shirt just for those occasions. If you don't want to spring for an official '10 shirt, make sure you have some type of purple shirt in your closet to wear for the picture.

If you are visiting Wellesley before the checks have to go in for the pictures, the old ones are on display in Green Hall, third floor. It's where the Dean's and Registrar's Office is.

Does anyone of you know if it is possible not to order a class picture but to buy one when the pictures are taken? Because where I live, we don't have a checking system, so I can't order one now (I'm an international student).

hmm i was wondering that too. also, can we order class t-shirts later too?

I believe you can order the class picture later, but I wouldn't depend on it. The t-shirt, however, I believe is a one-time thing. It comes in the packet of papers you get when you pick up your room key, which generally includes the new course catalog, an ad for theater auditions and other useful info.
