<p>I would say no. That UM looks more wholistically at each candidate. However, unless you had an outstanding SAT or ACT score, being in the top 15% say of your class would probably only merit the lowest (8k) scholarship.</p>
<p>Yeah UM is pretty wholistic in their approach, they won’t dock you just because you don’t meet a specific single criterion and may be off by an insignificant amount.</p>
