Clothes question

1) Banana Republic t-shirts: how good are they?
2) Land's End t shirts: how good are they?

If you've worn both ,how do they compare?

Thanks!!

personally i like banana republic clothes, and ive heard nothing but great things about lands end in terms of durability -- however if i had to pick someplace to wear comfortable stylish clothes from all the time, it would be american apparel hands down

American Apparel definitely makes awesome shirts.

We had some custom shirts made for our Senior Project, and they were american apparel..it's become one of my favorite shirts. :)

yep they are great for making your own t-shirts and they are so comfortable...a little expensive but youre getting very high quality, made in america, sweat-shop free t-shirts so i think its definitely worth the extra $$

I like buying BR from their outlet store. I second the American Apparel comment. Love their stuff.

I love BR. Their stuff lasts a long time! My favorite thing about them is that their stuff is stylish, yet simple.

One thing that you might want to think about it how even though the stuff might last a long time, it will go out of style (or you will get tired of it), so it might actually be a better idea to go with the cheaper one.

i can only speak for banana; i have a couple of their basic solid tees and they are great. I have had them for a year and they still look and feel great. also they were pretty cheap - around 15 or 20 bucks each here in canada

also, i have one or two of their nicer designer tees, and am also pleased with them. unlike old navy, they dont look like crap even though they have gone through the wash many times.

If you decide to buy Lacoste try to wash it the least amount of times that you can. Obviously don't put any of it in the dryer :P BR isn't too bad though, but its quite expensive.. I don't know about t-shirts.. only their jeans.
