CMC I-Banking

Well, my top two choices are Cornell and CMC. I know that they're different in alot of ways(Ive visted them and reserached them)......but I was wondering which is more prestigious or respectable to get an MBA in a top graduate school like stanford/columbia or a job as an investement banker.

btw im planning to do 3-2 Economics Engineering Program with CMC/HArvey Mudd if i get in...........and doing econ/aem for cornell

Well Cornell is probly better-known but when ur looking for a job after graduation, all the right people will know about CMC too. It's just about what u think is a better fit. From what I hear, very different types of people go to CMC and Cornell, so your visits should give u an idea of where u feel most comfortable

hey -- yea, cornell was one of my other top choices along with cmc and the deciding factor for me was that people had told me how gigantic the school is. and i'm all for a big campus, but i've had some current students tell me how they have sort of online classes where it is your job to take the tests and learn the material, i'm not 100% if that true but the sound of it made me say 'yuck', but i don't know if it would work for you. i need someone there to make me do the work, or else it won't get finished so ... yes.

i'm not entirely sure if any of this is true, but you should talk with current students and check it out.

well thanks guys, any other comments??
