College classes taken during high school

I took a couple college classes during high school as prerequisites to classes in high school and for fun. I took introductory chemistry to get into AP chemistry and world history in place of AP world history. I also took a human biology class for no reason. I took them in the summers before junior year and senior year. I didn't exactly ace these classes and I am worried about them now for transfers. I found out recently that I have to put classes from every post-secondary institution I have attended so I have to add these. I was clumsy to assume I only had to add all college courses taken from my current college district.

Considering these courses will be a reflection of a high school student and my lack of motivation back then, I am curious to know how much they will affect me for the admissions process to UCLA. My GPA is really affected and I'm really worried about my chances now! Would you guys happen have any insight about this situation?

Prior to high school college courses:
Cumulative applied: 3.47 (Microbiology major w/ TAP)
Cumulative after fall: 3.57 (Microbiology major w/ TAP)
After high school college courses:
Cumulative applied: 3.33 (Microbiology major w/ TAP)
Cumulative after fall: 3.43 (Microbiology major w/ TAP)

Yes, you do indeed have to list those college courses you took while in high school, and if the courses are UC-transferable, they will affect your GPA. However, I would write about your reasons for not doing well in the courses in the Additional Comments section.
