Yesterday I had an interview with an alum. The alum had emailed me with a meeting place and the road it was on. I arrived at the Starbucks fifteen minutes before the meeting time and then waited another 5 minutes past the time before realizing I might be at the wrong location. Thankfully, there was another Starbucks just down the road. The interviewer didn't say sorry for giving vague info nor did he assure me it was going to be okay. He also seemed to be in a hurry and so the interview was only 25 minutes. I'm currently debating contacting the admissions office to report this event and ask for another interview opportunity, as I don't believe this interview will shed positive light on me as an applicant. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It doesn’t sound like a. Big deal, this sort of Starbucks mixup happens all the time. I don’t think it is grounds to as I for new interview. They don’t really count for much usually.

By the way, was an address provided as well as directions?

Nope. No address. Just the main street and city.
