College of Nursing Question

Hey guys (:

I have a question about the entrance requirements for the Nursing college in Rutgers NB.
It says 1 year each of Biology and Chemistry, but the problem is, I'm a senior and I have not taken chemistry. I know, it's weird and I made a big mistake on not taking it already :/
The thing is though, I'm taking an anatomy and physiology class this year which also comes with a 2-month internship at a local hospital which I go to for an hour and 30 minutes, five times a week.

My question really is, can this class somehow compensate for my lack of a chemistry class?
Do I have no chance of being accepted because I don't have it?

I've only recently become interested in nursing, if I had known earlier, I would have taken chem in my junior year. :/

Thanks so much for your time!

Call them, seems like a valuable exchange. You also take chemistry in summer school so you are prepared for the fall.

I think if anything you’ll just have to take Chemistry when you get here, but I would ask them about it to make sure.

Thanks
I emailed them earlier today about it

I have never heard of this situation before, but i would strongly recommend you talk to Dean Esteves. She is the undergraduate dean at College of Nursing, and please feel free to ask me any questions.
