<p>I sent all of my college applications before December 1st. Which was the deadline for the majority of them. But anyway, for one of the applications, I realized that I was suppose to print out this one little recommendation form for my teacher to fill out before sending my recommendations. Now this is the ONLY college that required this form; but it's my top school. I assumed my teacher sent my recommendations in the mail already; so I did not bother to tell her she was suppose to do this little form. Now I'm afraid that this will jeopardize my admission to this certain college. What should I do? Should I print out the form and make my teacher to do it? Or should I just forget it, and hope that the college won't care? I really need help on this one. Please someone answer. Thanks so much in advance!</p>
<p>Do it. If its your top school, take every precaution to make sure you put yourself in the best position to get accepted.</p>
