I know it's been asked before, but should I include a short description for each activity on my resume in additional info section of common app?

I'm also not sure if i should repeat activities that ive put onto the common app, but i want to elaborate more about my commitment to each one and some that are obscure just by name.

finally, i have around 6 or 7 that i have really been committed to in the years and i feel that those i would give a fuller description but i have about 3 or 4 more that are more honorary societies, can i just list them out or erase them? b/c i think expanding on those would do me no good

and im sorry that this has probably been asked before

There's a place for a short description right on the Common App. Make it fit.
I seriously recommend not attaching a r

I put an activity called "tiger club" on the common
but i think i need to clarify that on additional info b/c it is actually like a community volunteer program so is that ok?

^haha I was at a Princeton info session and the woman used this example...they gave an example of someone who listed Tiger Club. The woman said, "When we saw this on the application we thought, 'Ooohhhh what's Tiger Club?" and then they said the person explained it was a community service club and that clarified it for them. Lol, thought I'd share that. So, yes, clarify what it is...if you're applying to Princeton, they probably already know now.

There is like a spot on the common app to explain. Just explain in that small area in concise verbose. I wouldn't worry about putting a full paragraph for each EC. That is why the common asks for a short description of one, the one that is the most meaningful. I didn't have an attached resume in my app, so I def. don't think its necessary.

So If I completely cut out stuff like
national honor society
spanish honor society
possibly senior executive board
cultural society

where ive been to meetings but we never do anything pertinent
for the lone exception of senior exec board b/c i actually spent hours setting up a tailgate...

it would be fine?
