Rutgers University- in state. total cost- 24,589 a year.</p>
<p>i visited JMU and fell in love. i visited Rutgers and felt it was so-so. </p>
<p>I'll most likely major in Liberal Arts. Location isn't an issue. Social scene is a big deal for me</p>
<p>I'll have scholarships and my parents helping me for cost so the price of college isn't really an issue</p>
