<p>What are some colleges that don't require transfer students to submit professor recommendations?</p>

<p>My GPA is 2.6 - lower than it should be due to one failed class, everything else is A's, B's, and one C. Major: French, German, or Psychology w/ minor in one of the languages so pretty common. Location: everything is game except for the midwest and southwest.</p>

<p>I transferred into Michigan engineering with no recommendations. I believe it varies with department though.</p>

<p>[edit] Just confirmed some departments require letters of recommendation - architecture requires 2 of them</p>
