I just got an email from the University of Iowa advertising an admission decision within two business days of receiving an application. What other schools have similarly short decision times?

Schools that do rolling admissions usually are pretty fast.

Son has applied three schools this summer - All had replies in one form or another within 4 days. (One large state, one small state, one private)

University of Kansas
For transfers at least, University of Oklahoma. I believe admissions are holistic for freshmen applicants.

No, that is not the issue here.

It’s the schools that accept anybody that give instant notifications … Iowa, Kansas, etc.

In Virgnia it’s Radford, Longwood, etc.

Schools that have automatic admissions based on GPA and SAT/ACT scores reply pretty quickly, perhaps not instantly.

I was being somewhat facetious.

But I do know that Radford, for one, sets up a desk at HSs and will immediately accept a student (with a filled out application) on the spot.
