I am looking for a college with a general business major and a Mandarin Minor.

I know how hard is it to study Mandarin but I have made my decision. I am prepared to work hard and memorize at least 3000 hanzi.

If a college offered a year abroad in China, that would be perfect for me!

There are many colleges out there which offer study abroad, business, and a minor in Chinese. You should first narrow your list of schools by the usual factors, how much can you afford, what sort of environment you can see yourself in, which schools you have a reasonable chance of getting into, etc. Otherwise suggestions could range from San Francisco State University to Emory University (two VERY different institutions).

Also, check out the Chinese Language Flagship programs, which offer a language program focused on a high level of proficiency. Students in the Flagship programs also must complete a regular major. Ohio State, which has the National Resource Center for East Asian Languages, operates its own Chinese Language Flagship program. [Home | The Ohio State University MidWest US-China Flagship Program](http://chineseflagship.osu.edu/)
