Cornell University
Carnegie Mellon University
UC - Berkeley

Princeton
Stanford
UChicago
UCB

The ones that I'll regret the most are that I never applied to Stanford (chemical engineering) or UPenn Wharton (finance).

Reed
Carleton
Swarthmore

and others... I only ended up applying to one school, but those schools weren't really on my radar back in the day, and they should have been.

Princeton, Harvey Mudd.

princeton, usc, dartmouth, hamilton, colgate, duke, unc, lafayette

colgate, amherst, pomona, claremont

when i was applying, i thought liberal arts colleges didn't have science or math departments...lol

Vanderbilt

Oh wait, I did.

Oregon
Colorado
Michigan State
Arizona
Arizona State
Minnesota

Caltech, MIT, Swarthmore, Pomona. All are reach, semi-reach. Not sure if I would turn down my current choice for Swarthmore or Pomona, but I probably would for Caltech and MIT. I didn't think I can match the intellectual level at these two schools. I can work as hard as the next student does, but I didn't think I'm as smart. Biggest college application process mistake!
and had I known johnwesley then, Wesleyan (so I can turn it down) =)

it's not too late; you can always include Wesleyan among your transfer applications. Oh, wait. But, you'll be happy at Amherst. I'm sure of it. ;)

MIT, Chicago, Penn, Cornell, Swarthmore, UC Santa Barbara

Then again, I'm glad I didn't--if I had gotten in, I would've been taking spots away from people who would really want to go, and I most likely wouldn't've attended. I'm happy with my results. :)

Brown, UChicago, and Santa Clara.

Nonetheless, I'm glad I got into the school I'm going to.

Curious.

Should have applied to UChicago and Upenn. I'm pretty sure I could've gotten into both. I'm iffy about Brown and Cornell, pretty good reaches. Probably wouldn't have attended Brown anyways and Cornell...definitely not an engineering type.

Vanderbilt and UCLA. when i was in HS i wanted to stay local, but i'm realizing now as I apply to law school that i should've gotten out earlier.
