Common App Activity Chart

So, I kind of have a predicament. I'm afraid colleges might think I'm lying in my activity chart. For example, I've listed international piano prizes, state math and science prizes, national tennis prizes, etc. So, I'm just not sure if they'll actually believe all that. I'm tempted to just omit some of my accomplishments to make it more believable, but I also want to show what I've achieved...

Any advice/thoughts?

I’m fairly sure colleges will give you the benefit of the doubt.

But you can also get a counselor/teacher/piano instructor or someone similar to validate your accomplishments in their recommendations. Just make sure they don’t just list your accomplishments; give them a resume when you ask them to fill out your rec, as well as a short blurb about your personal characteristics and passions.
