<p>So I have three possible topics to elaborate on for the 150 word common app supplement. Which Do you think is the best topic to choose. Thank you!</p>

<p>Applying for Middle Eastern Studies to top schools/Ivys.</p>

<ol>
<li><p>Debate. (Debate Captain, National Quartefinalist, California State Semifinalist, UC Berkeley Invitational Finalist, etc.)</p></li>
<li><p>Volunteer. (500+ hrs. Worked in Compton over summer)</p></li>
<li><p>Internship (Interned in Paris, France over summer for a political think-tank)</p></li>
</ol>

<p>None of these are touched upon in my Common APP Essays. All three are touched upon in my Supplements though.</p>

<p>I had a few choices to make for my EC essay too. And I decided to go with the activity that I liked the most, even though I had some in which I had won awards or were in general more prestigious. All of yours are impressive, equally so, I think, so you just need to think about which you like the most/for which one you have the most passion.</p>
