My common app. essay and my additional essay are both very good in my opinion. They were both the kind of things were they literally just flowed out of me and perfected themselves really easily, and I’m very proud of them.

However, I’m having a lot more trouble with the essays on the Brown supplement. I’m working really hard on them, but I just know that they will end up being “good” at best and not “spectacular.” Do you think this will really hurt me, or will stellar essays on the other parts of the application keep me in the running? (My stats are as good as most everyone else that applies, so they shouldn’t matter that much.)
