I'm a transfer student using the Common Application, and I think the process is going rather smoothly so far, but I'm having a lot of questions about the supplemental forms. If you can, please help me answer these questions. Thanks :)

Since all of my supplemental forms (midterm report, school report, etc) are in paper form, that means I have to send it directly to the college, right? Do I just put them all in a manila envelope and send them?

For the midterm report, do I literally WAIT until the midterm to fill it out? This would be after the deadline? Or should I do it now even though I just started school about 3 1/2 weeks ago and still have about 12 weeks of school left?

1.
To start, you are referring to School Forms, not supplements. Supplements have a different meaning within the Common App.

But yes, if they are on paper, just mail them to the school.

2.
School Forms do not have a deadline and must be submitted throughout the year. Whenever you have updated transcripts, feel free to send in the Mid Year.

If all else fails, contact your school to see when they want to receive it…

Sorry, yes, I meant school forms. I always get those confused with the supplements and it’s super early in the morning here…

why is their only six spaces for test?

i found the reason why, it is because colleges want to speed up admissions process but all scores will be recieved so it is okay to leave that part blank says the president of the common application. It is also said that you could put your other scores on additional stuff
