Hey,
Im sorry if this topic was raised before, but I couldnt find anything that would answer my question.
On my common application, it says that my teacher submitted the needed information.
Can I see what she wrote? If yes, how?
if not, why not? I mean, lets say you have 3 recommendations, but you are supposed to send only 1. wouldnt you wanna pick the best one?

HELP..!
thanks

is nobody using common app?

I’m pretty sure you waive the right to view your application once you submit it. And many schools say they require only 1 reccomendation, but you are allowed to send more than one. Still, that doesn’t mean you can view what the teacher wrote. They keep that from the applicants. I don’t really know the reason for waiving your right to do so, but maybe it’s so one doesn’t become complacent? Or so you don’t argue with the teacher to change it? But if you’re sending all of them, and schools lets you do so, they’d probably read all of them including the best one, so no worries.

Hopefully I helped. Message me if you need anything else.

“I’m pretty sure you waive the right to view your application once you submit it.”

I mean, the recommendation part of it not the entire application sorry.

yeah, but i said that i didnt want to waive my rights. so theres no way to see them?

If you read it correctly, you would know that you get to read it after you get into college

alright thank. im probably just too stupid to read :)
