<p>I am applying via commonapp.org and the website asks me for school officials' information. I then asked my counsellor at school, and he told me that he would not do recommendations online. I am so confused now; I mean, if my counsellor don't do references online, how COMMONAPP is going to contact him? Does anyone know the exact process of commonapp taking in recommendations?And is the deadline for school forms the same as the deadline for applications? Is there a way I can know how the school forms go? I'm a Canadian applicant.

<p>I’m not sure which form you are talking about because in the title you mention the Teacher Evaluation, but in the body of the post you discuss your GC. </p>
<p>Either way, for whoever does not want to file electronically through the CA, here’s what you do:</p>
<p>Download and print the form from the CA website. </p>
<p>Fill out the top part of the form and give to your teacher/GC. You should also provide them with envelopes. They will fill out the form, make copies, sign all copies, put into the envelopes, seal and sign across the seal.</p>
<p>They can return the envelopes to you to address and mail, or you can put the addresses and postage on the envelopes when you give them to your teacher/GC.</p>
<p>Deadlines are for all parts of the application, but colleges will often accept LORs after the deadline. Read the websites for your colleges to see what their deadline policies are.</p>
