I read earlier than Princeton does not typically send more than the standard brochures to admitted students. However, I have received hand written notes from Admissions and have received calls from current students. Is this anything special, or am I just looking too far into everything?
Sounds like they’ve realized there in a competition for you.
@dolphin456 that is not normal from I know. Are you a recruited swimmer? Nice to be wanted…
@dolphin456 - My son received a hand-written note with a business card from the Admissions, received an email from Dean of College, received an email from the orchestra conductor, and I think that’s just about it. These all came within the past two days, so I’d expect others to receive such which I think is standard. We really prefer that we don’t get any phone calls, though! A woman from UPenn called me about 10 times in two days and I was about to scream.
