Can courses done in community college during HS be transferred like to out of state school? Could I perhaps take Calc at Community College and then take the AP testing or does the credit transferrable?

It is a matter of whether or not your college would accept the credits. I can't answer that. I don't know if entering freshmen can transfer credits or if the college would accept credits from your community college. It would depend on the college. (Probably HYPSM would not.)

I'm pretty sure if you get a 5 (maybe even a 4) on the AP test you can transer the credit to almost all colleges, even HYPSM. The adcoms might not look at your transcript the same (some people believe that community college classes are less desirable than AP because they're not standardized) but I'm pretty sure you'd get college credit if you get a good score on the test.

I may have misunderstood the question. The odds of getting the comm college credit transferred is not that high, but you don't have to take the AP course in order to take the AP exam.
