So does anyone know if these courses count in your "UC" gpa?

no they dont get factored into your gpa.

Again, do we have to send a CC transcript to each UC we apply to?

First off, UW rocks! and secondly, I am having my high school counselor send both my college and my high school transcripts to every school, including the UCs. but if you are unsure, just call the school and ask.

oh, i guess my link expired.

but try searching here. that should help.

For the UCs, you will list your dual enrollment courses on the online app and include they will get included in the GPA calculation. You do not actually send the UCs transcripts until you are accepted. They then verify your gpa by getting you to send transcripts. At that point you would need to send the CC and HS transcripts (official sealed copies only).
For the privates, you need to get the HS and CC transcripts, official copies, and send them with your application. When you enroll in a school they may also ask for course descriptions and other information in order to calculate the number of credits you are coming in with.
The issue of being a transfer rather than a freshman doesn't exist if you have been dual enrolled.
This comes from my experiences two years ago with my son. Your mileage may vary.

Aw thanks ebeeeee, I found that out today after talking to my counselor. :P
