Well bajamm, might as well be optimistic. I would say if you don’t hear either way by mid-day Friday, you should call. Would probably mean either your letter or the e-mail got misdirected. Not sure which e-mail they are sending it to, but don’t forget to check the spam filter also if it is a personal e-mail account.

The office said today that people would receive emails today and tomorrow. Not sure why this has been so dragged out this year since they are only giving 30 awards.

Maybe if you haven’t received the email, it is a good sign. My daughter received the email and she didn’t get it which might make it difficult to attend Tulane though this is her first choice overall.

Good luck to those that are still waiting.

Well, I agree it went a bit longer this year, but it isn’t the 30 they give that makes it slower but how many apply. I am glad to see they are making a much better effort to make sure everyone gets informed, win or not. But that does take more time I guess. They have to enter all the e-mail addresses.

My son didn’t get it but seeing how good the one who won it I can see why. Haha…

Regardless, Tulane is still one of his front runners since he got a fairly good amount of scholarships (merit + needs based + Tops). Decision time…
