I just completed my CFA today. I got the following score:
BBall:64
Pullups: 8 (Could have done better)
Shuttle Run: 9.7
Situps: 80
Pushups: 75 (Max)
Mile Run: 7:15

Overall I am happy with the score. I definitly know that I could have gone a little higher with the pullups, but I didnt want to blow my strength. I did get it "over the line" for USMA though. Anyway, I was dogging during the mile run, I didnt pace myself properly during the first lap. Anyone know how competative these scores are?

So if you guys wanna learn from my experieince. I pretty much prepared about 2-3 months in advance, I ran everyday, and pushuped, situped every day too. I just dled the Navy Seal Workout and followed that. Also I found that, for me, pullups were the easiest to make improvements on. In fact, I went from 1/2 of a pullup to 8 or 9 in about 3 weeks. I found that negative pullups were the most helpful.

you sound like me! I worked for 2-3 months with running every day. I went from a 9 min mile to a 7:23 one. My pull-ups went from 5 to 11 also! Your score is about average if not a bit above. If your other parts of the app are strong, then your CFA looks good.

It blows my mind when people say 75 is average. do you know what the max on the apft for pu is? 72. So I wonder if everyones pu are to standard. 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, :)

I don't mean everything was average. Overall it would be average by having max on some and below average or average on others. Most looked over average or better, so I thought it was above average.
