<p>So I have these two forms shown on my online application asking me to complete and submit them, which is required for international students</p>
<p>The problem is, last year when I applied to UCI, I held an E-1 work visa</p>
<p>Two months ago, I received my Permanent Resident Card</p>
<p>I've also lived in California for 5 years and I graduated from a California high school as well, which make me a California resident</p>
<p>Anyone know that do I still have to submit these two forms or I can simply ignore them since I am not an international student?</p>
