Confused on application

Hi.

I am an international student seeking advice on what should I apply as for spring semester.

Well, my situation is a bit different. I graduated from high school last june and I intend to apply as freshman (LSA). Although I aim to enter CoE, I do not have enough credits to be considered for admission. Currently, I am taking some college credits that are transferrable to umich according to its transfer credit database. I am taking 15 credit hours but my transcript won't be ready until december(admission decisions will be out already)

My question is, what is the best way/most advisable thing to do?
Should I apply as LSA(freshman) for spring then work my way into CoE next year? or should I apply to CoE straight as transfer?

Your replies are highly appreciated. Thank you

P.S. Here are the courses that I have done and currently taking
Cal I
Cal II
Chem I with lab
Intro to Engineering
Lots of English courses
Currently taking courses:
Cal III
Physics I
MacroEcons
Theatre

Contact the College of Engineering admissions people (not the regular undergraduate admissions people), they are very helpful. enginrta@umich.edu or (734) 647-7101
