Confused on how to send financial aid documents??

UT Austin received my information for FASFA and now I need to send additional requirements.
It says it could all be done via IRS Retrieval Form, but my parents did "married filing seperately".
Because they did this, i cant use the IRS Retrieval Form and now it says I need to call the IRS and request a tax return transcript for the student AND the parents, but I didn't file anything so I'm confused??
And do I just mail this transcript to UT then??
And do I request a transcript from my mom and my dad??

"Copy of 2012 Student IRS Tax Return Transcript:
If you did not use, or are not eligible to use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool, a computer printout of your tax information, known as a tax return transcript, may be submitted. Contact the IRS by calling 1(800) 829-1040 to request your transcript. "

"Copy of 2012 Parent IRS Tax Return Transcript:
If your parent(s) did not use, or were not eligible to use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool, a computer printout of their tax information, known as a tax return transcript, may be submitted. Contact the IRS at 1(800) 829-1040 to request your transcript. "

You can go to IRS gov (or your parents can) and request Tax transcripts. For yourself you send a non-filer form. You can request the transcripts online.

Once collected those documents can be faxed or mailed to the financial aid office.

Okay thank you very much!
