<p>I know this has already been mentioned, but I am confused by the wording. What amount of hispanic do you have to be to check it off on college applications? or is it not defined?</p>
<p>There is no prescribed fraction required to identify yourself as Hispanic, except for the National Hispanic Recognition Program, which requires that you be at least 1/4 Hispanic.</p>
