<p>DU's men soundly defeated Kenyon, Emory, and MIT in capturing its 2nd consecutive NCAA Div III swimming title last weekend in Indianapolis!</p>
<p>Way to go and imagine what they might do if Denison had a pool! ;)
Make that a new pool! It's coming soon to a campus near Granville, OH.</p>

<p>First off, I’m sorry for having to post in a random forum space but I ran out of private messages to send. This is Dan Wild again, the USNA Candidate you talked to last night. </p>
<p>I have some great news (and somewhat ironic as well)!!! I received a letter today from the Coast Guard Academy… and it was a LETTER OF ASSURANCE! I couldn’t believe it but it was because of my performance as a leader at their AIM summer program. Only 3% of the people who attended this summer were offered letters. So there it is, I’ve been accepted to one of the best colleges in the nation. I am still in disbelief. I just thought I’d let you know!</p>

<p>I received an email from my admissions officer at the Naval Academy telling me that I am scholastically qualified by the Board. They also said, “LOAs are granted on a rolling basis, and due to the competitiveness of your record, you may receive one”. Does this mean I am going to get an LOA? Would they say that without already knowing that I had received one?</p>
