<p>I just got accepted to the Congressional Page Program. How impressive is that on college applications? Will it help me get into an Ivy League?</p>
<p>The individuals you will encounter in the Congressional Page program are intelligent and are the future leaders of the United States. As a Congressional Page Alumni and a High School Senior, I can tell you that my Page friends are going to amazing colleges.</p>
<p>I will attend Claremont McKenna College along with another Page, which is one of the most selective colleges in the nation and has one of the best government departments in the country. Some of my friends are attending Harvard, Yale, Georgetown, Tulane, Boston College, Emory, Boston University, etc.</p>
<p>It's definitely a prestigious program that you can put on your application. If you have a strong application, it will help, but the program won't make up for huge gaps in your application. </p>
<p>Congrats, you're gonna have a great experience! There are quite a few pages going on to places like HYPS and Georgetown.</p>
