We are doing a literature project right now and we need to be a speech on it. She gave us a couple class periods and days to work on it but I haven't really had the time to do it on those days. So... I'm here trying to get it done of the weekend. Do you think it would be bad emailing her or contacting her over the weekend or early next week? I mean, would it be better than not contacting her at all and not having my questions answered? I don't know how much it will affect what the teacher perceives of me.. =P

You have nothing to lose by attempting to contact her, but do apologize for bothering her on the weekend.

Okay, do you guys think it would be alright if I send my teacher something for her to see if I'm on the right track? I don't know whether or not she will like me asking her 5 days within the due date of the presentation though (she gave us a week so far)

I think you'd be stretching it to send it to her over the weekend. Fine to contact her about it during the work week, however.

I also think that before contacting your teacher over the weekend to ask some basic questions about the assignment, you should get info from your classmates. After all, the teacher did give you class time to work on it, so it's your fault that you didn't use that class time -- when the teacher was available and being paid to help.

Okay, the question has to do with how she grades though.
