HAHA @vaibhavm99 CC deleted the post I put up. Don’t ask me why…
@soulsurfer99 Ahaha as an applicant who also applied to Animal Science, I feel you Best of luck to both of us!
I’m kinda thinking when they see you guys want animal science that they will increase your chances since that’s a special category that not a lot of people are going for, I’m not sure.
Can someone update the poll to show recent scores also?
2300/34/1510+
2150/32/1410+
2000/30/1320+
Everyone keep in mind that the Cornell old sat 25th to 75th was (1330-1530) (cr+math, they don’t publish writing sections), College confidential just has absurdly high standards
@reformedman My score is a 2200 and it converts to a 1520 on the new SAT scale from the collegeboard charts. Also I’m applying to ILR.
@abc123ggg yay, someone planning to major in the same department as me!
33 ACT, CALS Biological Engineering
31 ACT. I’m applying to Ilr. Best of luck to everyone on Thursday! Crossing my fingers that we’re all future classmates
When will we get the PIN and password (online access to decisions)?
@yitian9898 if threads from last year’s class are any guide, it could be as early as tomorrow (Monday).
Any other biomedical engineering applicants?
From the data on the class of 2020. The 25th to 75th appear to be 1350-1510 old SAT CR+Math(31-34ACT). With a 1450 (33) average as the 50th percentile. You can see that the data is strongly skewed left.

I know this is kinda a random question, especially since decisions are out in four days, but does anyone know what the actual act, old sat and new sat conversions are? I’ve seen many and they all have different conversions. I think there was an “official” one but I’m not sure if I’ve seen it.

@maya1x same issue, 2220 sat and 1540 when i check equivalent, so I cant fit into a specific category.
@Mamapa2 ty, I was adding the 25th and 75th to get the composites, this is more accurate
@jionrubia : if you search for “act to sat conversion” on Google/any other search engine, you’ll find a bunch of websites that have the conversions. I’m not sure if they’re official, though.
yeah i’ve seen those @amelieismylife i just wanted to see what were the actual numbers, because some push my scores way up and others keep it very low. anyways, we’ll see on thursday hopefully
2270 old SAT and 1550 new SAT
ED to CAS, Major in Statistics
@jionrubia Collegeboard has one, if you’re still curious. That’s probably the most official you’ll get.
@cotopaxi I’m applying for biomed too
