Cornell Fall 2017 Transfer

They STILL have not marked off my High School Transcript.

@lexluther96 They said that some materials can go in after the deadline . The deadline was really for the common application / essays . Other materials can go in shortly after . That’s what CALS said , when I emailed them .

@ConnorGrant19. I have the same problem right now. I think they’re still trying to sort out all the application because when I e-mailed them, they simply told me to be patient and if anything is missing, they’ll send out an email to you mid-April.

@lexluther96 my college report got checked off this morning as well, @ConnorGrant19 my HS transcript still hasn’t been marked off though

We probably won’t hear back until late April/early may. Goodluck

@ILRmaybe ILR tends to find out late April so just a couple weeks tbh…

Also everything is finally checked off, now I am nervous

The earliest I’ve see for ILR on the past year’s threads is 4/20

@pigscanfly1324 I was in a similar situation. I called them today, got to speak to a representative, and they found it. It was still not checked on the online portal though…

They did update the portals this morning. No update for me tho :frowning:

Quick question – I don’t have a check list that states what I have turned in (or not turned in), is there a way to see if i’m missing anything? Under my “check application status” it just has information on my intended major, name, college, etc… but nothing else

@ngujo96 Uuhhh…that’s definitely something you want to contact the college about right away because by now you should definitely have the checklist and at least some stuff checked off. There is no other way than the “check application status” to see what materials have been received.

Did you file for a fee waiver? @ngujo96

@ngujo96 Might signify that your application has been sent off for review, or that they have your decision ready but aren’t going to release it until the first waive hits? Were you ever able to see your checklist? Otherwise, I’d say @mjr2013 is probably right about the fee waiver thing. I’ve heard of a lot of people being unable to see their checklist as a result of their fee waiver not having been processed yet.

Soo…is anyone else still waiting for their checklist to be completed

I feel like now it’s appropriate to contact admissions because it’s almost mid-April

@Mastodon97 My HS transcript (that I submitted early January) is still missing. I tried to call and email about it and I got automated messages both times. Can’t really contact admissions about it :frowning:

@Mastodon97 @VaishS I don’t think you should keep contacting admissions about it.

If you think about it, CC is the only place where people actually bug the hell out of admissions people. Normal people just wait for their decisions in their email lol.

I also don’t have all my stuff checked off. It seems like we will be receiving decisions later this year.

I hadn’t sent in the midterm report but the portal shows “Your materials have been received. Your application has been forwarded to the admissions staff for review.”… is this the case with anyone else? Rest of the things were checked off long ago.

@anoncs I think that they’ll review applications before receiving all of the requested materials. A midterm report probably isn’t as important as other materials such as your transcripts and college report are, especially if you already have a high GPA.

I see. Any ideas when the decisions will be out?
