@theroadishome I am! CAS and decision coming tomorrow at 10 am. Historically this has been majority rejections the last 6 years on this date

I haven’t gotten my pin yet, and I dont know whether to be happy about it or not. The tuition deposit for the one I got accepted in is due May 1, and i haven’t heard back from Union nor Trinity either so i hope to hear back sometime this week. Should i email though?
@maeee09 I applied to Trinity as well! (in connecticut) and i haven’t been able to find ANYTHING about their admissions decisions

@maeee09 I am in the same position. I have deposits due on may 1st as well. I dont want to send in a non-refundable deposit to another school and then if i get accepted to cornell, having to pay another one. I dont know if there is anything we can do…
hey did anyone apply to human ec and get pin? I looked at last years thread and people were able to get their pin on the 25th for a decision viewable the next day (26th at 10 am) or if you didnt reset ur pin or try to get it or whatever they sent an email…what do you guys think of this?
CAS Econ applicant. Was waitlisted last year and I am trying again. Still no pin so the wait continues.

@financeguyjames I don’t want to speculate too much, but I read on last years thread that the college of human ec doesn’t follow the trend. I can’t say too much at the moment, but I will receive my decision at 10 AM tomorrow. Have you checked to see if you have a decision time?
@iveeehopeful I emailed Trinity around March, and they said decisions will come out mid-late April which makes me hesitant to ask again, but at the same time I don’t want to lose my spot in my safety school.
@brolson11 hey same here. what makes the matter worse is everyone will begin making their Fall semester course selection very soon (UIUC). Obviously, I cannot do that without paying the deposit, but by next week I’m sure all good courses are gone 
@ngujo96 oh you did!!! UGH you are so lucky…this probably means you are getting accepted… how do i receive my decision time? I have not this probably means I am rejected
@brolson11 I read on a previous thread that some transfers either 1) ask for early decisions 2) ask for a deadline extension 3) pay the deposit and lose the money if accepted… Transfer decisions come out so late
@financeguyjames more applicants are accepted in May, this week is generally rejections (but hopefully not this year)
Couldn’t resist the temptation and checked. No PIN. I’m applying for CAS as well. Extremely nervous and definitely not celebrating early because anything can still happen. Somewhat glad to know I will most likely not hear my decision during this infamous week. Good luck to all of you! Curious about the results of tonight/tomorrow.

@anxious65 I don’t know if you were asking me but I had a 3.2 unweighted, 4.25 weighted, and a 32 equivalent on the SAT. In college I have a 3.9, participation in Dean’s Team, Econ Association, and Investment Club, was accepted to a Goldman Sachs 3 day summit, and have 3 shining letters of rec from my first semester abroad in Italy.
