Cornell still hasn't received my financial aid materials!?

I just checked my to-do list on my applicantID profile. It seems that Cornell still has not received any of my financial aid materials. Should I be worried? I sent mine in 12 weeks ago... O.o

seems like you have had many troubles with mailing materials to cornell :/
but yea, if u sent them 12 weeks ago, i would be worried at least a little bit. after all, that's like close to 3 months, which is a really long time for something to get delivered, even for international. but hey, i'm only a clueless applicant so who knows. keep ur hopes up :)

just call them. Mine had weird messages on it, but then the finaid office said the person working there is new and put the wrong message up and all my stuff were in.

my status also said that they didn't get three documents and one of them unsigned.
So I just sent all the missing stuffs today again...
Hope they receive it soon since Dec 11th is the decision day.

I called the admission officers today. If you are applying for financial from outside of the U.S., the financial aid office has to update your file manually due to the absence of the Social Security Number. Therefore, your CSS profile will take a little while for the financial aid office to process. As for your parent income tax receipts or something... you should also call the financial aid office to inquire whether it has received those stuff if they have not been updated on your to-do list. Hope this helps.

Is there a way to check online if they have received my things? Because the to-do list just indicates that there are no missing items. But now i'm wondering if they got any of my stuff in the first place.

go to "Check Application Status"

it should say:

"Your materials have been received. Your application has been forwarded to the admissions staff for review. Please refer to the requirements for your college(s) to ensure you have sent all the required materials to us."

I don't think that message applies to financial aid materials, does it?

no it doesn't, you need to go on finacial aid to-do list.

If your financial aid to-do list contains nothing, it means that Cornell has received all of your materials. Chillax
