Cornell Transfer Fall 2021

and most years it has not worked for a majority of applicants so do not waste your time trying to figure it out, because it really is not important for us.

Iā€™m sorry I completely misspoke beforehand, youā€™re absolutely right it only is said to predict if decisions have been made, not what they are.

Are you referring to the to-do list for the financial aid?

exactly

For me it still shows that I have 7 items to do. Iā€™ve filled out CSS and Iā€™ve submitted a non custodial waiver but I havenā€™t heard back from Cornell yet.

You think this going to prevent me from being admitted?

I do not know why it keeps disabling my pageā€¦ I do not know what this means

Try to submit everything by April 15. Since transfer decision is rolling, the earlier you complete submissions, the sooner they will review your profile => you have more chance of getting admitted since they will stop reviewing once the spots meet their expected number of acceptance/enrollment.

If things come late after April 15, email or even call them for an update.

did they also specify decisions come out only on Tuesdays or any other day of the week?

The checklist thing varies I guess. Iā€™ve watched some college decision reaction vids on youtube and people got in still had those checklist and permanent/mailing addresses and stuff & vice versa haha.

Cornell, historically, only releases decisions for transfers on Tuesday. You can expect the 20th to be the first day of decisions released. The checklist also disappeared for all students prior to the decision coming out.

The rest of my application is completed, itā€™s just the financial aid side of things. Iā€™m not too sure as to how to access my custodial parentā€™s W-2 forms online and submit them, and I have no access to my non custodial parentā€™s financial records at all.

Itā€™s a really sticky situation but Iā€™m gonna call them tomorrow to see what happens. I just hope Iā€™m being considered for admission.

Same here. It says that I am ā€œnot authorized to access this componentā€

good luck, mate =)

yass, I already set my alarm lol. Super nervous but I hope the result comes this month hahaha. I canā€™t imagine waiting till May or June. :frowning:

Is everyoneā€™s financial aid checklist disabled? I talked to admissions and they said ā€œYep, that means that everything required for your financial aid package has been receivedā€ but idk what that exactly means

I have a stupid question. Where to find the financial aid checklist?

Hey guys, I just asked an agent via the chat with me function about decision release dates, and they said ā€œOur intent at this point is to start releasing transfer decisions next Tuesday, then each week on that same day, with the date not reflecting anything on your chances, just when your application was reviewed and decisionedā€.
