Cornell University Fall 2020 Transfer

Does not having all financial aid forms submitted impede a decision ? There’s one form on my financial aid checklist that I definitely submitted through idoc but it is still on the list. I realize that I might just not hear anything today but I was curious anyways.

I take it no one has gotten anything yet today?

My checklist is still there

My checklist is still there. Hoping I hear something from 3-7

do they announce decision every Tuesday?

This suspense is killing me ngl.

If our checklist still hasn’t disappeared does that mean we’re not getting a decision today or is that not a fact?

I don’t think there is any guaranteed way to tell anything this year, it’s all so crazy!

The checklist disappeared does mean the decision will come out soon, but not disappearing could also have a decision today… no one can tell…last year my checklist never disappear even after the decision release…,

@mallard567 No, an incomplete financial aid does not impede receiving a decision. Two different offices.

@RicksFinance Thanks for the clarification

I guess what I’m seeing is that:
The decision comes out throughout the day on Tuesdays it seems. FinAid checklist disappearing doesn’t mean much unless you saw the Transfer Transcript says “ordered” before it disappeared (then it’s a good sign for acceptance but not a guarantee of when that decision comes out). Application portal’s checklist (checklist with the application fee, transcript, etc) disappearing means the decision is out very soon, possibly today.

I guess they just release the decision starting this afternoon without showing any sign on the portal.

I know some people had a decision by 3 last week on their portals but did not receive a update email that their decision came till 6

What was the earliest time people heard back last Tuesday?

I thought 3pm @tomtransfer1

I thought there were some people that got decisions at like 10 am?

Based on the responses last week, it felt like the decisions were released throughout the day

I have a feeling CALS will start next week. This is based on absolutely nothing but my gut feeling

Do we know if any CALS people have gotten answers yet?
